      • Regulatory examinations
      • Operational due diligence reviews
      • Technology modernisation initiatives
      • Outsourcing and third-party governance
      • AI governance and emerging technology oversight

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Annual performance bonus
      • Long-term incentive participation
      • Equity or carried interest opportunity (where applicable)
      • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage
      • 401(k) with employer contribution
      • Executive health and wellness programme
      • Generous PTO and flexible working arrangements

This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing investment organisation at an important stage of its evolution.

The successful candidate will help shape how the firm navigates increasing expectations from investors, regulators and stakeholders while supporting continued growth and maintaining the governance discipline required of a leading institutional investment platform.
