A Security Architect with experience of working within a DevSecOps/DevOps environment is required for a leading financial services firm. Situated within the technology team, you will be assisting the firm in its move to promote security applications.
The ideal architect will have a strong background in cloud security, network security, and compliance, as well as experience with cloud platforms, namely AWS, Azure, or GCP.
This role has been created due to a programme of work in line with automation and agile development practices.
As a Security Architect, you will make use of your experience and knowledge in SDLC and relevant analytics, and you will consult with both the business and technology functions as the security architect subject matter expert.
Although a technical role, Experience with compliance standards such as PCI DSS and HIPAA is highly advantageous.
Duties:
Defining the security architecture solutions for major programmes and projects
Function as a key technical subject matter expert regarding security matters related to DevSecOps and secure development practices
Participate in the implementation or deployment of new tools, processes and best practices to improve knowledge sharing and raise security levels while promoting security awareness
Work with CI/CD tech team to integrate security tool automation such as SAST, DAST, Container Analysis, Issue Tracking and other security tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and GCP Security Command Center
Experience with Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB) and other security solutions
