This week, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Chayim Ranjo—better known to the team as CK—who plays a vital role in keeping our operations running seamlessly.

In this Q&A, CK shares what inspires her, why she loves her role, and how Valorant, karaoke, and potatoes all factor into her world outside of work.

Tell us a little more about you outside of work—hobbies, loves, what you enjoy doing in your free time?
I’m your friendly mid-shift ops girl by day and a full-on gamer by night. I’ve been hooked on Valorant since its beta release during the early days of the pandemic. It brings back those classic Counter-Strike feels—except now you’ve got abilities on top of the shooting, which makes it even more addictive.

I’m also big on music—I’ll sing anywhere: in the car, the shower, or at karaoke. I’m no Mariah Carey, but I’ve got potential and a vibe, okay? I dabble with guitar and ukulele too—just enough to serenade or vibe out on chill days.

What do you think is the best thing about Bestman Solutions? What do you enjoy most about your role?
Honestly, the best thing about Bestman Solutions is Mr. Bestman himself. He’s driven, kind, and genuinely people-first—whether it’s employees, clients, or candidates. That culture of care and integrity flows through everything we do. Here, people are the heart of it all—and we treat them as our greatest asset.

Being in an environment where you feel seen and supported naturally inspires you to go beyond just “doing the job.” You want to bring your best every day, be resourceful, work smart, and take ownership.

As for my role, I love being the quiet engine that keeps things moving—managing details, creating structure, and supporting the wider team without needing the spotlight. I also really appreciate the flexibility and variety. Whether it’s onboarding, admin, or jumping into a project, there’s always something new to learn or improve, and that keeps me engaged.

If there’s one thing you could eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Definitely pasta. Whenever I’m out with family or my partner, there’s always a pasta dish on the table—it’s my ultimate go-to. Bonus points if there’s a side salad involved.

As for comfort food? Potatoes. In every shape and form. Fries, wedges, mashed—you name it. There’s this amazing spot in the Philippines called Potato Corner where you can choose your flavour—barbecue, sour cream, cheese, and more. It’s dangerously good… and dangerously addictive.

What’s your favourite film and why?
Legally Blonde. It’s funny, fabulous, and surprisingly powerful. I love how Elle Woods challenges expectations and proves you can be stylish and smart. It’s such an empowering reminder that you don’t have to change who you are to succeed. Just believe in yourself, stay determined, and don’t let anyone underestimate you.
